Multiple Product Orders

Thank you for shopping with us! To ensure a smooth transaction and secure your order when purchasing multiple watches, we have implemented the following policy:

  1. Advance Payment Requirement: If you order multiple watches in a single transaction, a minimum advance payment of 10% of the total order amount is required.

  2. Alternative Option: If you prefer not to make the advance payment, we can send one of the watches first. Once you receive the first watch, we will then dispatch the remaining watches                                                                                         
  3. Applicable for High-Value Orders: This 10% advance payment policy also applies to any orders exceeding 10,000Rs.


EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to exchange an item, please follow the process outlined below:

  • Initiate the Exchange:
    Contact our customer service team at 03110565886 within 7 Days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.
  • Send the Product Back
    Once your exchange request is approved, please send the product you wish to exchange to our office. The shipping costs for returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer. The product should be in its original condition, including packaging and tags. Our return address is Office no.5, Near Holy Family Hospital, 5th Road, Rawalpindi
  • Processing the Exchange                                                                                  After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange. If the new item is available, it will be shipped to you at no additional cost. We will cover the shipping cost for sending out the exchanged item to you.

REFUNDS

We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to request a refund, please review our policy below:

  • Refunds for Change of Mind:                                                                            If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, you may do so within 7 Days from the date of receipt. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. To initiate a refund for change of mind, contact our customer service team at 03110565886. Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. The product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and tags.
  • Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Products:                                                        If the product you received is faulty or not as described, we will issue a full refund except the shipping cost to return the item. Contact our customer service team at 03110565886 within 7 Days of receiving the product to arrange for the return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
  • Processing Time:                                                                                      Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Resistance Policy

Our watches are designed to offer limited water resistance under certain conditions. The water resistance is intended to protect the watch from minor exposure to water, such as:  

  • Light splashes of water during activities like handwashing or performing ablution (wazuu).  
  • Incidental exposure to rain or similar light moisture.  

Important Notes:

  1. Not Waterproof: The watch is not fully waterproof and cannot withstand submersion or prolonged exposure to water.  
  2. Avoid Immersion: Do not wear the watch while swimming, bathing, or in heavy water exposure such as showers or deep cleaning.
  3. Protect from Harsh Conditions: Prevent exposure to high-pressure water, hot water, steam, or chemicals that may compromise the water resistance.

By following these guidelines, you can help ensure the durability and functionality of your watch over time. Misuse or damage caused by excessive water exposure is not covered under warranty.
